Job descriptionProven experience in digital production, manufacturing, or related fields. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Knowledge of standard operating procedures and process improvement methodologies. Ability to analyze production data and implement effective solutions. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with production management software and tools. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Production Strong working knowledge of Digital production systems, techniques, and principles, preferred Ability to work weekends and long hours during peak production periods Manage large workloads, and maintain high quality and accuracy of work Meet deadlines and mitigate disruptions to workflow Demonstrated ability to deal courteously and professionally with a diverse customers and internal customers such as creative and production departments Advanced ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English Proficiency with PC’s to include knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), maintaining data bases, generating information, and tracking status using proprietary software Ability to develop creative solutions to client and internal problems and challenges Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects Safety conscious with ability to perform job functions in a safe manner Strong priority and time management skills Self-motivating and self-managing with a high degree of creativity and analytical ability Enthusiastic team member capable / able to devote significant time and effort to schedule management Thrives in a dynamic work environment with rapidly changing priorities Ability to contribute to building a strong and positive team spirit as well as align with GSP values PC / Keyboard : Position requires work on computers, using keyboards and viewing monitor Standing / Sitting : Standing / Sitting for lengthy periods of time Lifting : Raising or lowering an object from one level to another (Includes upward pulling) of up to 50 lbs Carrying : Transporting an object, usually holding it in the hands or arms, or on the shoulder Reaching : Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction Feeling : Perceiving attributes of objects, such as size, shape, temperature, or texture, by touching with skin, particularly that of fingertips Talking : Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word to impart oral information to clients or to the public and to convey detailed spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly Hearing : Perceiving the nature of sounds by ear Depth Perception : Three-dimensional vision. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Print Production Manager to oversee our digital production operations. Reporting directly to the Plant Operations Manager, this role is vital in ensuring the efficient and high-quality execution of digital fabrication, cutting, sewing, and related activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for quality, and a commitment to continuous improvement to support our manufacturing excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all activities related to digital production, including cutting, digital fabrication, and sewing departments.
- Oversee scheduling, quality control, and delivery processes to ensure timely and accurate output.
- Collect, analyze, and evaluate production data to identify areas for process improvement.
- Develop, modify, and implement standard operating procedures to enhance departmental performance.
- Coordinate workflow management to optimize resource utilization and productivity.
- Supervise staffing, including hiring, training, and performance management of administrative and production staff.
- Address administrative issues related to staff management and departmental operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production flow and adherence to quality standards.
