Medical Records Health Information Specialist (QMA or LPN)
We rely on and trust our Medical Records - Health Information Specialist (QMA or LPN) to be responsible for maintaining the medical records according to established standards, policies, and state and federal regulations.
Full-time position - 40 hours per week
Must have weekend availability and participate in the on-call rotation.

Maintain all medical records in designated areas following policies and proceduresPrepare admission packets and establish medical filesMaintain open charts by filing all clinical documentation dailyMonitor and audit records for completeness and accuracyProcess, transfer, and discharge records, maintaining appropriate documentation for discharged residents, including bereavement files if applicablePrepare reports and notify leadership of any documentation deficienciesQualifications
Licensed as a QMA or LPNKnowledge of medical terminologyAt least one year of clerical experience, preferably in a medical settingCapable of maintaining regular attendanceAdditional Details
