Job Description

• This is a Full Time, salaried position at 40 hours per week located at the Gurnee clinic. Schedule is Monday through Friday and there will also be remote / telehealth associated with this role.

The Advanced Clinical Dietitian reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.

The Advanced Clinical Dietician, in collaboration with the physician, provides nutritional counseling in order to restore or maintain an optimal nutrition status for the patient. This position communicates and collaborates effectively with the health care team to exchange and disseminate information regarding care of the patient and program development.
