This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead the strategy, development, and market launch of key product categories in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from market research and competitive analysis to pricing, campaigns, and business performance optimization. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, while driving initiatives that enhance both revenue and customer impact. Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a blend of analytical and creative thinking. Accountabilities :

  • Lead the lifecycle management of assigned product categories, including portfolio optimization and SKU rationalization.
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term category strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Manage new product development projects from ideation to launch, including business planning, market analysis, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns, lead-generation activities, and digital content initiatives.
  • Maintain oversight of pricing strategies, margin improvements, and inventory investment plans.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity, and internal performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of product initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product or category management, preferably across multiple categories.
  • College degree required (Marketing, Business, Engineering, or Healthcare); advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong business, financial, and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales, margins, and pricing efficiency.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and executing marketing and communications programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a drive for operational excellence.
  • Experience in medical devices or healthcare-related products is preferred.
  • Proven ability to balance creativity and analytical thinking while driving results.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
