Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pediatric Physical Therapist located in Basehor, KS. The Pediatric Physical Therapist will focus on evaluating and treating children to improve physical function, mobility, and overall coordination. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing customized therapy plans, implementing rehabilitation techniques, collaborating with caregivers to encourage progress, and documenting patient outcomes effectively. The therapist will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the quality of care for a pediatric population.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Physical Therapy and Pediatric Physical Therapy
• Strong foundation in Medicine, Pediatrics, and child development principles
• Expertise in Rehabilitation techniques and evidence-based therapy practices
• Ability to build rapport with pediatric clients and their families
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Appropriate state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Previous experience in a pediatric setting is preferred
