Required : Current Oregon RT License; ARRT registered; Capable of all routine diagnostic procedures including but not limited to : Routine, Fluoroscopic, OR, Trauma, Portable radiographs or fluoroscopy; limited specials such as Myelograms, and Venograms.
License to Submit : Yes\nTrauma Level : 3\nCare Setting : Acute\nDivision : \nShift Notes : primarily 11p-7a- graveyard shift Tuesday- Saturday\nRequired Certifications : ARRT, BLS
