Job descriptionMinimum of 5 years of property management experience Previous multi-site experience and / or managed 650+ unit assets Management and Customer Service experience Strong administrative skills Demonstrated ability to lead Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting Strong communications skills Valid Driver's License
The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of 2 Multifamily Communities in Orlando, FL. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members. The will be responsible for financials and reporting on a frequent basis, as well as ensuring all prospects and residents are provided with an exceptional experience.
