Work Setting : County Jail

Schedule : Alternating 36 / 48-hour shifts

Compensation : Up to $2,300 / week

License Requirement : Active Oregon license (LCSW, LPC, or LMSW)

We’re seeking a dedicated, compassionate mental health clinician to join our behavioral health team within the Jackson County jail system. This role is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy, meaningful work, and the opportunity to support a vulnerable population.

What You’ll Do :

• Provide mental health assessments, crisis intervention, and short-term counseling.
• Support individuals experiencing acute mental health needs.
• Collaborate with correctional staff and healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Promote continuity of care and referrals when appropriate.
