Job Summary :

The Clinician in the Mental Health IOP is responsible for providing comprehensive treatment services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and counseling to individuals, families or groups. The clinician will develop and implement care plans tailored to the needs of the client. The position requires strong clinical skills, knowledge of therapeutic techniques and the ability to engage clients in the treatment process.

Qualifications :

• A minimum of Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field and / or CAC, CCMHC, NCC certification (or equal certification).
• Preferred state licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
• A minimum of 1 year experience / practicum and / or other work in the treatment field, specifically group and individual therapy.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Strong understanding of treatment modalities and therapeutic interventions.
• Working knowledge of the DSM-V, with demonstrated ability to recognize the fundamental criteria sets for mental health disorders.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with serious mental illness or co-occurring disorders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

The position typically requires less than 25 hours per week, providing an excellent work-life balance and flexibility to maintain a private practice alongside your IOP role.
