Job descriptionPerform siding and related product installation and / or repair. Perform advanced carpentry as required for each job site. Installing siding using a variety of tools, including hammers, levels, saws, and power tools. Load and Unload materials at job site. Maintaining a clean, safe, and secure job site, picking up tools and equipment and securing job sites at the end of each day to eliminate potential hazards. Assisting Superintendents as needed to ensure all homes under construction or in the warranty phase meet Brookshire's high-quality standards and levels of customer satisfaction. 2+ years of experience in siding installation. Safety and production driven. Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record. The ability to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment, including frequent standing, bending, and climbing in all types of weather. Must have strong work ethic, be punctual and reliable. Good organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
