Job Title : In-Home Therapy Licensed Clinical Supervisor

Work Location : Fitchburg

Job Summary :

The Gandara Center is looking for a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to provide program supervision, including administrative and clinical supervision of the treatment team and supporting staff, establishing open communication, support, and accountability among workers and consumers.

The Clinical Supervisor works within the Residential Rehabilitation Services (RRS)’s team model, establishing open communication, support, and accountability among staff and residents. This person will answer to the Program Director, and provide individual and group supervision to all staff while supporting these staff in developing skills in responding to complex issues such as co-occurring disorders and trauma.
