Responsibilities
- Serve as a member of our Oracle sales and alliance team focused on Oracle Healthcare, representing Oracle Health solutions and offerings, core applications (ERP, HCM, SCM), AI‑data platform, and OCI infrastructure.
- Develop and own the relationships with Oracle sales teams and drive bookings for KPMG's Oracle practice in the above areas.
- Promote KPMG's thought leadership through digital marketing; manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy and planning.
- Serve as the KPMG Advocate to account teams, Oracle alliance partner and clients; educate KPMG account teams and clients on how the solution helps address a client issue / need.
- Engage in Account Management, including account planning, client procurement, meeting follow‑up, pipeline development, opportunity pursuit, contract negotiation, risk management, proposal and statement of work development and revenue attainment.
- Demonstrate excellence in applying MarketEDGE to qualify opportunities and gain insights from win / loss reviews as input to the integrated sales management process.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications
Minimum ten years of recent, demonstrated successful Oracle solution sales experience with enterprise‑level accounts; verifiable track record of exceeding expectations.Bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited college / university preferred; or minimum of a high school diploma or GED required plus ten years of previous experience in enterprise‑level solution sales.Strong subject‑matter knowledge or industry experience in Health‑related ERP, clinical, data, technology domains; exceptional consultative and interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of impeccable trust, confidence and results.Demonstrable relationships or experience working with the Oracle Health sales and solution teams.Able to understand complex content and relate content around industry issues, client needs and KPMG service offerings; demonstrated superior ability to develop and lead relationship‑building activities with C‑Level executives, including CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, business executives and general auditor.Travel as necessary.Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
