Application Development - Automation Engineer

this position is for an Automation Engineer who can be a lead with primary focus on API & UI automation.

Analyze the requirements and work with Product managers, Agile coach and the Agile team and refine the requirements

o Design and develop test cases for both manual & automation and build scripts independently. UI (Selenium / Java) & API automation (Rest Assured)

o Partner with other leads and make sure the release deliverables are targeted in a timely manner.

o Guide Offshore engineers and ensure all automation goals are achieved

o Validate & certify application / system functionality.

o Assists with application system problem resolution by working with application developers, other Automation leads and internal infrastructure team member to troubleshoot as required.

o Addresses product backlog and provide continuous delivery of high-quality features.

o Works collaboratively with cross functional teams, using Agile / DevOps principles to bring products to life, achieve business objectives and serve customer needs.
