Social Work

Job Requirements :

• Master of Social Work or counseling and Guidance or related degree from an accredited university.
• 3000 hours of post-graduate experience.
• State of WI license
• State of WI letter of approval as "provider of Psychotherapy Services in a Certified Out-Patient Mental Health Clinic"
• Possesses the training, knowledge, and skills necessary to perform the following activities : Evaluation, treatment, and / or patient care for patients in one or more of the following age groups; pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric.
