A company is looking for a Mortgage Branch Manager to oversee branch operations and drive sales in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee branch activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet company goals and manage employee performance
Recruit top mortgage professionals and develop strategic client relationships
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with a proven production history
Robust knowledge of FNMA / FHLMC and FHA / VA programs
Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)
