McCallum Powder is an explosives supplier based out of Chehalis, WA and has been in business since 2016. McCallum Powder assists in the manufacturing, storage, and transportation of explosives products for all McCallum Rock Drilling blasting operations.

McCallum Powder is in search of a full-timeCDL Powder Truck Driver to service the eastern Washington territory. The ideal candidate must be willing to work early mornings and long days. Applicants must have a clean driving record, no felonies, and must pass a pre-employment drug test.

What to Expect

The primary responsibility of a McCallum Powder Truck Driver is to safely load and transport ANFO, emulsion, and other products from the magazine location to the job site. The driver will also be responsible for loading and unloading all the trucks, and keeping accurate inventory of all explosive products.

Minimum responsibilities include :

• Safely operate a box truck to deliver ANFO product to the job site
• Safely drive and operate a bulk tanker truck
• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
• Follow and maintain all safety procedures while operating a box truck or bulk truck, and while on the job site
• Comply with all DOT, MSHA, OSHA, ATF and EPA rules and regulations
