Mentor Adult Day Health

Mentor Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

Location : Aging Well Adult Day, Marlborough, MA

Schedule : Monday Friday, 6 : 30 am to 3 : 00 pm or 7 : 00 AM 3 : 30 PM

Pay : $18 / hour

What You'll Do :

• Provide safe, reliable transportation between participants' homes, day centers, agency programs, outings, and appointments.
• Offer safety assistance when boarding and exiting vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness and conduct daily vehicle checks.
• Support staff in monitoring participants at the day center, helping with activities, meals, and personal care needs.
• Provide assistance with daily living, including personal hygiene and bathroom support.
