Plaintiff Attorney

We are working with a boutique plaintiff firm Downtown San Diego that is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team. This firm represents businesses and individuals with class actions, labor and employment, insurance coverage disputes, business clams, real estate and IP cases.

Qualifications

3-10 years of civil litigation experience, ideally with labor and employment, business litigation wage and hour class actions.

Licensed in good standing with California State Bar

Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills

Significant experience in discovery and law and motion practice

Strong organizational skills

Ability to work with multiple clients
