Role Summary

Support Day 1 readiness by ensuring secure connectivity, identity continuity, and infrastructure stability for employees within the client environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain functionality of identity platforms (Okta, PingID); implement SSO / federation for cross-org apps.
• Establish secure network connectivity (VPN / Direct Connect) between two companies.
• Ensure laptops and office IT / AV infrastructure are Day 1 ready.
• Support ITSM setup and escalation paths for new users.
• Maintain DevOps pipelines and cloud environments without disruption.
