Using a consultative sales approach, you will guide customers through their options, showcasing your passion for helping people and finding a solution that works best for our customers!

P.S. – You will need to like working outside as well as this role is supporting our customers in our fast pass lanes.

Pay : Unlock Your Earning Potential : $20–$25 per Hour! (Base Pay : $18.50 - $18.75 / hour + Weekly Commissions + Monthly Retention Bonuses)

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on relevant experience and geographic location. This role is eligible to earn a weekly sales commission and monthly membership retention bonus based on individual performance.

• Achieve Targets : Meet and exceed sales targets on schedule.
• Stay Informed : Keep up-to-date on the products and services we offer.
• Engage Customers : Present monthly unlimited car wash packages and upsell products to existing customers.
• Perform Additional Tasks : Take on other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

At least one year of customer service experience.

Work Environment

Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
