Scott D. Levine, APC is a leading law firm specializing in the areas of constructive defect and construction litigation. We are strategic in our approach which are backed up by well thought out research and organization of the facts. We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented 3L and post-bar law clerks to join our team. This position is essential to the smooth operation of our firm, providing critical support to our attorneys through both legal research and case management.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various legal issues
- Draft legal documents, including memos, briefs, motions, and pleadings
- Assist attorney with preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions
- Review and summarize case law, statutes, and regulations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in legal standards and practices
- Support attorneys in case strategy development and implementation
