Our client is seeking a Director of Program Integrity to lead oversight of claims editing, fraud prevention initiatives, and payment accuracy operations. This position is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the department.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and analyze job designs, work processes, and workflows to implement changes that improve efficiency and effectiveness

Stay current on industry developments, trends, and best practices through seminars, workshops, and professional literature

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable rules, regulations, policies, laws, and guidelines

Develop and manage annual departmental budgets

Create, implement, and monitor annual goals and objectives for the department

Select, train, supervise, motivate, schedule, and evaluate departmental staff

Schedule and Shift Details

Onsite presence required at least six days per month

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher

Minimum 2 years of managed care experience

At least 1 year of experience in any of the following : ICD-10, medical coding, or Medicaid

At least one of the following certifications : Lean Six Sigma or Project Management Professional (PMP)
