Under the supervision of the Unit Director, Nursing Supervisor, and / or Charge Nurse, the Staff Nurse II provides high-quality nursing care consistent with the mission, philosophy, and policies of Watsonville Community Hospital. This role emphasizes patient safety, teamwork, and professional excellence. The Staff Nurse II also orients new staff, precepts students, and may serve as a Relief Charge Nurse as needed.
