Principal Specialist, Program Cost Controls

We have an excellent opportunity for a Principal Specialist, Program Cost Controls professional to join our AIM-9X program Finance team supporting the program's sustainment contracts. The AIM-9X programs falls within the Naval Power Mission Area and has annual revenue of over $500M of domestic and international business with exciting opportunities for future growth.

What You Will Do

• Partner with the production program team to contribute to the successful execution of contracts by providing critical financial oversight and guidance that includes quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs) support, contract financial forecasts and manpower forecasts.
• Prepare program financial forecasts, monitor actual costs, and explain variances to plans and forecasts.
• Prepare CDRL.
• Monitor the funding, invoicing, and cash collection for the contract.
• Process and maintain contract modification log.

What We Offer

The salary range for this role is $82,000 - $164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Raytheon Missiles & Defense considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
