A company is looking for a Director of Customer Office Strategy & Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive customer lifecycle strategy roadmap
Lead and inspire a team to achieve excellence in customer experience
Drive process improvement and operational efficiency to enhance customer outcomes
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in customer success and driving growth
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced certifications are a plus
Proven experience in managing diverse stakeholders and fostering a customer-centric culture
Expertise in strategic planning, program management, and process improvement
Strong data analytics and forecasting capabilities
