Rheumatology-Minutes from Myrtle Beach

• Employed practice seeks a BE / BC Rheumatologist to join their team
• Guaranteed base salary + WRVU bonuses
• Physician will join dedicated nurse, office staff, and assistant director
• Monday-Thursday 8-5pm and Friday 8-12pm
• 16-18 patients per day
• Mostly outpatient with minimal inpatient consults (average of 3 during clinic hours)
• Sign-on $45,000+
• Call Schedule : No night or weekend call responsibilities. Physicians may receive Cerner communications asking how soon a patient needs to be seen for urgent cases, which are scheduled at the next available appointment.
• Visit Timing : 60 minutes for new patients, 20 minutes for follow-ups
• Patient Mix : 2 follow-up visits to 1 new patient
• Infusion Services : 10-15% of services are infusion-based.
• EMR : Cerner
