The group is seeking a Lifestyle Medicine Certified Primary Care Physician (Board Certified in Family Practice or Internal Medicine) to join their respected team and support continued growth.

Compensation & Benefits

Earning potential : Over $300,000 (base + incentives)

Insurance : Employer-paid malpractice, health, life, and disability (for physician and dependents)

Schedule : Outpatient-based, 4.5-day work week, minimal call

Support : Dedicated RNs, LPNs, MAs, PT, and admin staff

Facility : Modern clinic with on-site lab, imaging, and diagnostics

Paid time off : 4 weeks (5 after 4 years) + option to cash in

CME : 1 week + up to $4,000 annually

Retirement : 12% employer contribution (vested after 6 months)

Professional expenses : Licensure, dues, and memberships covered

Relocation assistance provided
