Job Description :

As a Business Analytics professional, the selected candidate will support multiple customer groups and therapeutic areas by applying advanced statistical methodologies to measure marketing impact and guide strategic decisions. This role involves conducting sophisticated analytics such as marketing mix modeling, ROI analysis, customer segmentation, and predictive modeling, with a strong emphasis on pharmaceutical industry data and promotional effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct advanced analytics to support brand planning and promotional resource allocation
• Liaise between marketing and sales to develop business tactics and strategies
• Execute departmental procedures and ensure marketing strategy integration into sales force call plans
• Communicate analytical results effectively to internal stakeholders
• Build and share knowledge of analytical methodologies and vendor capabilities
• Support evolving business functions with process and execution needs

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies :

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00 / hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
