COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Gastroenterology (GI)

Salary / sign-on : $750K first year

Partnership : Year 2 (surgical center and practice)

Paid : Malpractice, licensing fees, medical society dues

Health : Paid with long term disability.

PTO : 4 weeks + all paid holidays (Year 1 then accrues)

CME : 10 days per year

Education repayment : Through hospital

The salary we pay is simple and straightforward - the agreed-upon amount divided monthly with no sub-components to the compensation.

Physicians are welcome to live in Ft. Collins or anywhere within 45 miles of the hospital.

Reasonable lake living availability - NO STATE TAX!
