About the Role
Line Cooks (Steamers) are responsible for steaming dumplings for guests and supporting the dumpling team with preparing, assembling, and closing dumplings. They open and close steamer stations, restock and organize dumplings to be steamed during the shift, and maintain a clean, groomed, and professional appearance, especially if working from a show kitchen.
