Key Responsibilities
Answer and route incoming calls during business hours and handle calls during off-hours
Become an expert in company processes to support agents and customers effectively
Review and manage incoming contracts for accuracy and provide necessary support
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in real estate, mortgage, or prop-tech preferred
Proficient understanding of Salesforce and e-signature programs
Call center or customer service experience preferred
Strong technical skills for managing workload across multiple platforms
