The Network Engineering team owns the architecture and design of GFiber's wireline and wireless networks. We are looking for a Staff Network Engineer to lead the evolution of our access network stack, including PON, Ethernet, and edge technologies. This role leads the architecture and systemization of our access platforms, ensuring technical consistency and timely qualification of next-generation solutions such as NG access gateways, XGS-PON, and 50G / 100G PON. It plays a key part in vendor alignment, access-layer migrations, and delivering high-quality connectivity experiences to our customers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $164,000 - $241,100 + bonus + cash award + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
