American Traveler seeks a Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience for a day shift rehabilitation role in multiple care settings.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work involves evaluations and treatments in ACU, LTCC, and outpatient settings
  • Day shift schedule
  • Potential for occasional home health visits
  • Uses Epic and Net Health for electronic documentation
  • Responsibilities include patient evaluation, treatment planning, and delivery of therapy in varied clinical environments
  • 100 mile radius rule applies; candidates must not have a permanent address within 100 miles of the facility
  • Position may include coverage and collaboration across multiple care teams

  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Physical Therapist required
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Active state license required if applicable
  • Experience with Epic and Net Health EMRs preferred
