Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 educational setting in Zuni, NM is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Physical Therapist (PT) to support student health and mobility. This contract position is available for the entire school year (NSY), providing the opportunity to impact the lives of children through therapeutic services in a dynamic school environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver physical therapy services tailored to K-12 students developmental and physical needs
• Collaborate with educators, healthcare staff, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary
• Support students in improving mobility, strength, balance, and coordination to enhance their educational participation
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations related to school-based therapy
