Start-Up Team Manager

A company is looking for a Start Up Team Manager, FSP.

Key Responsibilities

Manage effective delivery of site activation within assigned regions, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards

Coordinate with SSU specialists and facilitate collaboration between trial sites and internal teams

Oversee technical and operational aspects of site activation, including regulatory submissions and risk management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

5+ years of relevant experience in CRO or Pharma organizations

Comprehensive understanding of clinical research and development processes

Experience with cross-functional project management

Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams
