Primary Roles and Responsibilities
- Facilitate a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction of services.
- Mitigate onsite services including but not limited to cleaning, removing flooring, removing drywall, removal of cabinetry, etc.
- Follow safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
- Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
- Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.
Position Requirements
Effective written and oral communicationBasic math skillsExperience in cleaning / restoration preferredHigh school diploma / GEDAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)Ability to sit / stand / walk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objectsAbility to work with / around cleaning products / chemicalsAbility to travel locally and out of state when necessaryAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawPay Rate
Starts at $14 to $16 per hour based on experience, with possibility of overtime pay and increases based on merit. Bonus pay for after-hours calls.
