Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker to support tooling reliability and production efficiency in a high-tech manufacturing environment. The Tool & Die Maker will be responsible for building repairing modifying and maintaining tools dies fixtures and equipment to ensure consistent uptime and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Build repair and maintain dies tools jigs and fixtures
• Support tooling setup modification and development for production
• Provide guidance to junior tooling staff and apprentices
• Troubleshoot tooling issues and perform preventive maintenance
• Read and interpret blueprints drawings and GD&T specifications
• Maintain accurate documentation of tool repairs changes and development work
• Collaborate with engineering machining and production teams
• Follow all LOTO safety and environmental procedures
• Maintain clean organized work areas
• Support continuous improvement across tooling and production processes
