What We're Looking For :

• Current license as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• 3-5 years developing and managing behavioral support programs for individuals with autism in school and community settings
• Previous experience managing service delivery teams (e.g., supervision, performance management)

Responsibilities :

Attend IEP meetings and support teachers in writing annual IEP and / or quarterly progress reports through the addition of progress notes and data related to BSPs, FBAs, and / or BIPs, assisting to ensure accurate reporting
