Job Overview : 3PM-11 : 30PM & 11PM-7 : 30AM (Shift subject to change on business needs)

The focus of a Security Officer I is to approach and check identification of any person seeking to enter a Wind Creek Hospitality facility who appears to be under the age of 30 years. The Security Officer I walks the gaming floor and other areas on property. May transport guests in company vehicles. The Security Officer I is responsible for the security and safety of guests, team members and visitors. The Security Officer I is also responsible for the security and safeguarding of the casino's property and assets. When posted at doors, acts as "first point of contact" with guests, greeting them as they enter the casino. This position involves a high level of guest contact and customer service.

Schedule :

Wind Creek Hospitality Security Teams operate 24 hours a day / 7 day a week. Days / shifts are assigned to meet the needs of the organization, and are subject to change to meet the needs of the organization. Positions include week-end and holiday shifts.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Identifies all under-age patrons seeking to enter any Wind Creek Hospitality facility by requiring valid identification for any patron that appears under the age of 30 years
• Walks the casino floor looking for under-age patrons
• Walks the casino floor looking for issues or problems requiring security attention
• Maintains focus and concentration in the face of distractions
• Follows and adheres to standardized operational procedures
• Controls alcoholic beverages and ensures that alcohol does not leave the property
• Exhibits enthusiasm and provides a warm welcome to patrons entering or leaving the building; Outgoing, friendly, helpful personality and a positive attitude- as to uphold WCH Values
• Prepares written reports to document incidents
• Transports guests in company vehicles
• Other duties & responsibilities as assigned
