About the Opportunity :

Our client, the leading air ambulance provider in the U.S., is on the lookout for a skilled A&P-licensed mechanic with over two years of certification experience to ensure the airworthiness of their state-of-the-art aircraft. Responsibilities :

Review and evaluate daily maintenance or inspection requirements, ensuring airworthiness.

Notify Lead Mechanic of unexpected situations necessitating schedule adjustments.

Manage aircraft maintenance at field bases, including reviewing stock levels and requisitioning necessary spares.

Prepare reports and personally certify maintenance work in accordance with FAA, manufacturer, and company standards.

Ensure entries in RAMCO are accurate for work packages and status updates.

Maintain clear communication with team members to facilitate efficient job completion.

Manage parts inventory and recommend adjustments as needed.

Oversee and schedule calibration of company-provided special tools.

Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Requirements : High school diploma.

FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings.

Minimum of two years of maintenance experience as a certified mechanic.

Basic communication skills.

Proficient computer skills.

Ability to pass pre-placement physical exams, drug screening, and background checks.

For Roving Maintenance Team : skills in sheet metal repair and / or avionics troubleshooting.

Willingness to travel frequently and work night shifts as needed.
