This role will provide administrative support to our pharmacy team, ensuring that patients receive timely and accurate service. As a Pharmacy Support Professional, you will be responsible for :

Receiving and processing prescription orders, verifying medication stock and maintaining inventory records.

Assisting patients at the front window with prescription pickups and drop-offs.

Providing exceptional customer service, responding to phone calls from patients and providers, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Collaborating with pharmacists to ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.

Performing various clerical duties, including data entry and communication with internal teams.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need :

An active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Arizona or a Pharmacy Technician Trainee license in the state of Arizona.

Access to reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

A National Pharmacy Technician Certification and 6+ months of Pharmacy Technician experience are highly desirable.

Our competitive hourly pay range is $16.00 - $27.69 per hour, based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
