The Role

The Sr. Data Engineer works with data engineering and analytics tools, systems and architectures and collaborates with product, leadership, and marketing teams to build high-quality, scalable batch and real-time data pipelines integrated with our products.

What Will You Do?

  • Design, implement and maintain modern, efficient, scalable ETL / ELT data pipelines.
  • Support existing processes and frameworks, including Agile methodologies.
  • Define data models that fulfill business requirements.
  • Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis.
  • Prepare development estimates and design documents.
  • Adopt best practices and industry standards in data engineering and analytics.

What Will You Bring?

  • BA / BS degree (4-year) or MS in computer science or related field preferred.
  • 4–6 years in a data engineering role.
  • 3+ years Python and SQL experience.
  • Experience with AWS, Snowflake, SQL, Kafka, Apache Airflow, DBT, and Kubernetes.
  • Strong Python skills for ETL / ELT and automation scripts.
  • Experience with streaming data technologies such as EventHub, Kinesis, Redis, SQS, Kafka.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (CI / CD, sprints, frequent deployments).
  • Experience in relational and dimensional data modeling.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to share findings clearly.
  • Proven ability to work with multiple partners and cross-functional teams; strong teamwork and collaboration.
  • Pay Scale : $120,000 - $133,650

    Bonus : This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan.
