MBS is hiring a Facility Maintenance for a great client in Fairfield, OH. This position is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor the water treatment facility's performance to ensure effective treatment and maintain facility's regulatory compliance.
• Monitor the refrigeration system and adjust maintain proper cold room and freezing tunnel temperatures with little to no supervision.
• Routinely inspecting electrical systems such as wiring, fixtures, and appliances utilizing basic electrical testing equipment. Troubleshooting system failures. Reviewing blueprints to understand wiring placement. Conducting maintenance repairs on old or faulty fixtures.
• Perform highly diversified duties to install and start up production machines and other plant equipment.
• Resolves all maintenance and mechanical problems promptly with minimal disruption to production schedules.
• Follows all lock out, tag out procedures.
• Performs equipment PM’s
• Keeps record of all work performed.
• Updates maintenance history logs and completes the required paperwork.
• Accounts for equipment used for maintenance and repair.
• HVAC experience
