About The Position

Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Burlington, VT

Trauma 1 Hospital

Need 10 / 20 start

Assignment for 16-32 weeks

Every other weekend

ED RN : Every other weekend (or the equivalent of) required, must be flexible with schedule. Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays : Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day.

Requirements :

• AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC required; TNCC must be in packet or proof of class prior to start, NIHSS required prior to start
• CEN, ENPC, MOAB, ProAct of other de-escalation training such as CPS preferred
• A minimum of 2 years of experience
• Prior travel required – if RN has worked in larger (500+bed counts), teaching facilities and more than one ER the facility is willing to forgo this requirement
• Large, teaching facility experience required
• EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable
