Dealer Dispatch is a web and mobile platform developed by DealerFLEX to streamline dealership workflow, communication, and safety. We help automotive teams stay organized, accountable, and connected through technology that simplifies complex operations.
We are looking for an Implementation & Support Specialist to help onboard new dealerships, support users, and shape the foundation of our customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Guide new clients through the setup, configuration, and launch of Dealer Dispatch
- Conduct training sessions and create quick reference guides for dealership staff
- Manage support inquiries and troubleshoot common issues
- Document onboarding processes, FAQs, and best practices
- Gather client feedback and work with our Product Manager and Developer to improve the platform
- Test new releases and ensure clients are set up for success
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in client onboarding, technical support, or operations trainingStrong communication and customer service skillsTech-savvy and comfortable learning new software quicklyHighly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyComfortable with dynamic business needs as the company quickly evolves and scalesExperience managing projects inside tools like Monday.com, Jira, or equivalent systemsBackground in SaaSInterest in process improvement, documentation, and client education.Experience in automotive dealership operations or fixed ops management is a plusIf you’re ready to take the next step in your career and gain valuable leadership experience, apply today!
