About the Role

As a key member of the mental health care team, the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will provide compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care, including :

• Conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Diagnosing and treating mental health disorders
• Prescribing medications and evidence-based treatments
• Developing individualized treatment plans
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary clinical team
• Documenting care in an EHR and maintaining regulatory compliance
• Educating patients and families on diagnoses and treatment options
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives
