Data & Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Data & Operations Assistant to support our leadership team. This role combines light data analysis with executive support, offering exposure to both daily operations and strategic initiatives. Success in this position comes from strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate management's needs.

Responsibilities

• Take detailed notes during meetings and distribute clear action items.
• Pull, organize, and format reports from internal systems for management review.
• Assist with identifying data trends and providing insights to support decision-making.
• Research and outline ideas or initiatives requested by management.
• Prepare spreadsheets, presentations, and other materials for leadership use.
• Maintain organized systems for tracking documents, projects, and reports.
• Support communication and follow-up between management and staff.
