Position Overview :

Responsible for managing the daily operations of the Pharmacy Department, including personnel oversight, financial accountability, inventory control, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance. Supports the Director of Pharmacy by enforcing policies, ensuring workflow efficiency, and maintaining high standards across all pharmacy services. Supervises staff at multiple levels using professional judgment and leadership discretion. Inpatient experience is required.
