Job descriptionInstall, troubleshoot, and maintain cabling infrastructure Run low-voltage cabling in commercial buildings (including drilling concrete walls and limited conduit work) Ensure cables are neatly tied and bundled in compliance with safety regulations Install cable support structures (j-hooks, cable racks, innerduct) Conduct testing to verify all installed systems and devices are operational Troubleshoot cable network issues as needed Medical, Dental, Prescription, and Vision coverage Life, AD&D, and LTD insurance Paid vacation and holidays MD Live, TriaHealth, Legal Shield Company-matched 401(k) and IRA retirement savings Per diem for overnight travel Drive time and mileage reimbursement when using a personal vehicle for work

Requirements :
- Previous experience as a Data Cable Technician
- Ability to travel extensively
- Flexible schedule; willing to work on-call, day or night shifts as needed
- Experience reading blueprints and site maps
- Experience in CCTV, voice, and data cabling (preferred)
- Knowledge of identifying color codes and independent colors
- Ability to work in cramped spaces and at heights
- Experience operating a boom or scissor lift
- Basic telecommunication tools, PPE, and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of cabling infrastructure standards
- Proficiency with smartphones, personal computers, email, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office
- Experience with conduit installation (preferred)
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (no DUI / DWI in the last 3 years)
