Job Description :
Trilyon, Inc. is looking for a highly skilled Power Platform Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of applications and automations across Microsoft's Power Platform. As a Power Platform Developer , you will build robust business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and PowerShell , ensuring that all implementations meet enterprise-level performance, security, and scalability standards.
The Power Platform Developer will collaborate closely with business analysts, IT, and stakeholders to translate requirements into efficient, reusable, and automated solutions. You will play a key role in implementing governance frameworks, optimizing existing solutions, and leveraging Azure and Dynamics 365 integrations to enhance the organization's digital ecosystem.
As a Power Platform Developer , you will also manage solution lifecycle processes, including CI / CD pipelines, ALM practices, and version control , while staying up to date with the latest platform updates and innovations.
Key Responsibilities :
Design, build, and deploy Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) applications to meet diverse business needs.
Develop and maintain Power Automate flows to automate complex workflows and business processes.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services , and third-party APIs.
Optimize application performance and ensure compliance with governance and security best practices .
Lead end-to-end solution development - from requirements gathering to testing, deployment, and support .
Implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) , CI / CD pipelines , and maintain source control for Power Platform solutions.
Create automations using PowerShell and Power Platform CLI for deployment and monitoring.
Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability across all Power Platform solutions.
Manage data connectors , understand licensing constraints , and ensure compliance with premium licensing rules.
Collaborate with stakeholders and business units to provide strategic guidance on Power Platform capabilities and solution architecture.
Develop and enforce best practices for Power Platform governance , including environment strategy and security configuration.
Stay current with Power Platform releases and updates , advising teams on how to leverage new features for improved performance and functionality.
Qualifications :
8+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years of hands-on Power Platform development .
Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) , Power Automate , and PowerShell scripting .
Strong experience integrating with SharePoint, Dynamics 365 CE / CRM, Azure, SQL Server , and REST APIs.
Knowledge of Common Data Service (Dataverse) , Connectors , and custom connector development .
Experience implementing governance, security, and compliance controls within Power Platform.
Proficiency with CI / CD , Azure DevOps , and ALM tools for Power Platform.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Microsoft Certifications such as Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or Power Platform Solution Architect (PL-600) are preferred.
